What's included
Two videos per month (30 days) will be added to this class. I will add workouts for all parts of the body. Remember, it takes 4-6 weeks for your body to adjust to a particular exercise. So, once you decide on a workout that you like, don't switch up! Continue doing that workout for 4-6 weeks.
Start from the basics
Make sure you wear comfortable clothing and have your water bottle near. Listen to your body! Stop and rest whenever you need to. This is not a race. Rest is just as important as the actual workout! This will help you to progress more effectively.
